All Internal Wheel products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any digital products, including:
- The Reset Workbook
- Guides, templates, or future digital tools
- Any downloadable files delivered immediately after checkout
If you experience an issue accessing your purchase, we will make sure you receive your file.
Accidental Purchases
Because files are delivered instantly, we cannot cancel or refund accidental purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Download Issues
If you did not receive your download email:
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Ensure the email used at checkout is correct
- Contact us and we will resend your link

Duplicate Orders
